Youth Classes

Join one of our youth classes where you can build confidence, focus, and feel empowered. Gymnastics for preschoolers through tweens, tumbling classes, aerial silks and lyra. 

Private lesson are also available.

You & Me (ages 1.5-3yr boys & girls) 45minutes

Lead by an adult, Mom, Dad or Caretaker) We believe you will find this program to be fun. You will learn and use proven techniques to help develop your child’s sensory motor coordination and self-confidence.

Preschool Gym Cirque (ages 4-6 boys and girls) 45 Minutes

This Class will offer a fun mixture of gymnastics and circus arts. Focusing on fun, building confidence.Students bring water to practice.

Gym Cirque Combo Class (7+ boys and girls) 1 Hour

This Class will offer a fun mixture of gymnastics and circus arts. Focusing on fun, building confidence.Students bring water to practice.

Homeschoolers 1 Hour

Training beginner and intermediate gymnastics in a full hour class.

Beginner Girls Class

(Learning the foundations & Basics) 1 Hour
This Class is a recreational program and is structured to follow the USA Gymnastics guide-lines. This program is to prepare girls for both non competitive and competitive gymnastics. Flow Aerial Arts is currently a Rec only program however we will train and prepare you for competitive gymnastics if this is your desired goal. We will work on skill building, strength, flexibility training and safe learning. Parents are encouraged to drop off and pick up due to limited seating in the waiting area. Students bring water and snack to practice.

Intermediate Girls Gymnastics 1 Hour

(Refine skills and build upon them after mastering the basics like forward rolls cartwheels & back bends)

Cheer-Nastics 2 Hour

This 2 hour class will focus on cheer jumps, tumbling cartwheels, front & back walkovers, front & back handsprings, roundoff's, front & backflips, flexibility and strength training. (Cheer teams outside of our gym are welcome to have their own block of time. Coaches please contact the gym directly to make arrangements ) Parents are encouraged to drop off and pick up due to limited seating in the waiting area. Students bring water and snack to practice.

Tumbling 1 Hour

During Tumble Class you will learn tumbling skills to improve your individual technique. You will learn bridges, front & back walkovers, front & back handsprings, round offs, cartwheels, flips and more. Strength, flexibility and conditioning are also included.

Intro To Aerials RAINBOW LEVEL 1 Hour (Silks, Lyra)

This class will focus on a mixture of building strength, flexibility and beginner silks/lyra skills
